More functions would be needed in the application. Modern devices use widgets to enable or disable the function with one button. The connection through the application is very weak, despite the fact that the alarm is placed under a cable connection. During the alarm, the telephone tone does not work on any telephone device. The phone sends a notification, but the alarm sound does not start.

Push messages error

Usually the push messages are stuck on your screen (iphone).
It is very disturbing to use this app like it is an app for protection. You don’t know it is an old or a new one message.
The support cannot support this problem. I’d more conversation with them. What a shame.

If you are referring to the fact that pushes are arriving with the present time and date, due to the phone not having internet connection, this is a limitation.

Disappointed

App often drops connection to the server. Compared to insite gold, it is much worse (insite gold was not good either, but this one..)
And another thing: People are more educated these days and you decide to put the new installation behind installer menu. Come on.. the more cnfigurable your app is, the better trust you can build with end users. People tend to let strange integrators less in their private homes.. You can configure much more with other systems...

We have released new firmware for IP150+ and PCS265V7 which connects to the new, fast, and reliable MQTT server. Please contact your system installer for firmware upgrades.
